Real-Time Visibility at Scale
Our focus was expanding visibility into how performance actually works at scale. We launched two new data centers (Amsterdam in 2025 and Singapore in 2026) and rebuilt the systems that let our engineers see what’s happening across the network in real time.
We monitor from actual consumer networks, such as AT&T, Verizon, and Comcast, so we see our performance the way our customers do. When issues occur, we catch them fast and fix them before they cascade.
93% Faster in Frankfurt. 95.75% in Singapore.
The numbers tell the story.
After Amsterdam launched, latency across Europe dropped dramatically for visitors to sites hosted with DreamHost. Frankfurt’s average load times improved from approximately 270 milliseconds to 18.8 milliseconds, a 93% reduction. London and Stockholm saw similar gains.
In Asia, after Singapore came online in early 2026, Time to First Byte decreased by 95.75%, bringing average response times below 10 milliseconds. Page load speeds improved by nearly 40% across the region.
In a performance-focused survey of more than 400 customers, 80% reported satisfaction with platform performance.
