Technical Support / Abuse Distribution I can actually pay my bills now! No, seriously -- I had to choose between rent and car insurance at the last host I worked for! And of course the work environment -- those of us who've worked at another web host or two know it's pretty rare for tech support be able (erm, allowed) to actually communicate with admins, much less the company owners, on a daily basis. A large fort being constructed around Kelly's desk made out of boxes from new servers, then covered with fliers of his face photoshopped on an 'O RLY?' owl. That same day I tried to print something but the printer was out of paper. I put in some paper and like 20 more fliers printed before I got what I needed! The fort itself was an office fixture for about 2 months until Fire Marshall Terri deployed her wifi bunny on it with an axe. I once rolled a car twice and hit a telephone pole (no, I wasn't drunk) and lived to write this inane profile with my bionic arm! Color: Green
