I need help setting up my mail client, I can't seem to get it to work. I know that my email address is bob@bigboy.com, but I also know my username is m2345678 and my password is bobbigboy. How would I set up my email client to sent and receive email? I'm currently using thunderbird and I don't know what settings to put in. Thanks for you assistance, Bob Biggens

My domain and email stopped working all the sudden. What happened? Everything was working fine on your servers yesterday, then today it stopped working. Other domains on my account, on the same server are working correctly. What happened to this domain? Why would it not work but everything else on the same server work just fine? How do I ftp to my domain? I'm on a mac and I'm not sure what to do in order to ftp. This is my first time using ftp. Can you explain how to do this to me? Are there any free programs out there I can use? Thanks, Noah Nothing

Hello Happy DreamHost Support Team, I have a bit of a dilemma. I host my site and my DNS on your services, but I'm not super happy about the spam/virus filters you have in place. So I'm actually just going to host my mail outside of your network, but keep the hosting here. What do I need to do in order to host my mail outside of your network, yet keep my hosting with you?
